2024 Squan AYF Calendar

Practices start Monday, July 24, 2023 and the season will run until the end of October 2023. July / August practices will be on weekdays in the evening (approx 4 times per week) and games will generally be on Saturday or Sundays. September / October, evening practices (approx. 2 practices per week after school opens). Flag practices are generally two (2) 1- hour practices per week with 1 game per week.
It should be noted that the exact practice schedule will be worked out with each individual coach / team and the games will be subject to the times / dates provided by the Jersey Shore AYF League. The practices are dependent on weather as well as the summer heat.
Important dates:
1. 2/2024 thru 3/31/2014- Early Registration
2. 4/1/2024 thru 5/31/2024 7U-14U - Tackle Registration
3. 6/1/2024 - Late Registration Begins
4. 6/2024 - Manasquan High School Football Summer Camp (Date and Location TBA)
5. 7/11/2024 – Medical Forms and Registration Forms are due to Coaches
6. 7/20/2024 – Late Registration Ends
7. 7/2024 – All Medical and Registration Forms due to Jersey Shore AYF (Waiting on confirmation from AYF on exact date)
8. 7/22/2024 7U-14U Tackle Practices begin - (helmets only)
9. 7/29/2024 +/- (Estimated) Full Pad Practice - subject to the practice requirements of Jersey Shore AYF
10. 8/4/2024 +/- (Estimated) 1st Scrimmages begin (subject to change) (Waiting on confirmation from AYF on exact date)
11. 8/11/2024 +/- (Estimated) 2nd Scrimmages begin (subject to change)(Waiting on confirmation from AYF on exact date)
12. 8/17/2024 +/- (Estimated) Tackle Games Begin (subject to change) (Waiting on confirmation from AYF on exact date)
13. 10/29/2024 +/- (Estimated) Tackle Regular season ends (subject to change)
